The Centre is governed by three boards. Senate approved their composition at its 115th meeting, and they were inaugurated together on 30 June 2025.
Board of Trustees
The Centre's highest governing body. It sets strategic direction, safeguards the Centre's mission and approves major commitments.

How the Centre is governed
Approved by Senate, accountable to the University
Senate approved the establishment of the Centre at its 103rd regular meeting and the composition of its three boards at the 115th. The Board of Trustees sets strategic direction; the Advisory Board brings senior policy, academic and development-sector counsel; and the Academic Board, chaired within the University structure, oversees programmes, admissions and academic standards.
Each board page carries the full membership with titles, and a record of the meetings that board has held — so the governance section shows a working body rather than a list of names.
